Dr. Ohood Ali Otayan Alkaabi is an academic and researcher in the field of nursing, currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences at Bisha University, Al-Namas, Saudi Arabia. She earned her PhD in Nursing Science from Western University, Canada, in 2023, following a Master of Nursing Science degree with distinction from the same institution. She also holds a Bachelor of Nursing from Umm Al-Qura University.
Dr. Alkaabi has over a decade of academic and clinical teaching experience. She previously worked as a teaching assistant and clinical instructor, where she delivered a wide range of nursing courses, supervised undergraduate research projects, and actively contributed to student training and mentorship. She has also been involved in organizing health promotion initiatives and academic events, as well as serving on quality assurance and educational committees.
