    3. Encourage innovative legal research related to global competitive fields based on a comparison between contemporary legal thought, the provisions of Islamic jurisprudence, and what has been settled in the Saudi system.
    4. Provide an advanced educational environment that implements qualitative and innovative study program plans that keep pace with the latest international legal thought without prejudice to the rules of Islamic law and its supreme principles.​
