College of Science Evaluates New Student Reception Ceremony

Under the auspices of His Excellency the Dean of the College of Science, Dr. Saad Malhi Al-Shahrani, and in the presence of His Excellency the Vice Deans of the College, heads of scientific departments, faculty members and students, the Student Activities Unit organized a reception ceremony for new students on Thursday, 2 Rabi` Al-Awwal 1446 A.H. at the Innovation Theater. The ceremony consisted of a welcoming speech by His Excellency the Dean and a presentation on academic movements presented by the college registrar, Dr. Ahmed Mokhtar Shehata. Dr. Riad Muhammad Ibrahim presented the definition of academic counseling and its importance to the student during his university stage. The college also organized a visit for the new students to its facilities such as chemistry, physics, biology and e-learning labs.
