Environmental_Week
In Environmental_Week activities, the College of Science - Female Campus organized an awareness program under the slogan (Our Environment is Our Responsibility), in which it outlined the Kingdom’s most prominent international efforts in protecting the environment and agricultural environment in the Kingdom from challenges and difficulties, as well as recycling and the strategy of the National Renewable Energy Program.
Events and lectures were also held on the importance of preserving the environment from human pollutants, most notably logging, wars, nuclear radiation and the resulting disasters.
The Environment_Week was concluded by activating a special exhibition and a symposium entitled "Using environmentally friendly materials to extend the storage period of the potato crop" presented by Dr. Hind Al-Bashir from the Department of Food Sciences.
