The Planning and Budget Department is one of the main departments at the university. It is considered one of the support authorities for it. It is directly linked in its organizational structure to His Excellency the President of the University. It aims is to follow-up of the budget items and work to solve any deficit in any item through transfers or a request for reinforcement from the Ministry of Finance. The administration is also concerned with following up the projects that are approved at the beginning of each fiscal year and following up on their offering and awarding them with the relevant departments at the university until their contracts are signed.
