Within a few years of graduation, our graduates:

• PEO 1: Will have acquired new knowledge and expertise through professional development opportunities or advanced education.;

• PEO 2: Will have successful careers in mechanical engineering and beyond and     
      will have assumed professional roles of increasing reponsibility and impact.

• PEO 3: Will successfully serve the profession by acting in a professional and ethical matter.​

Skills

S1:  An ability to identify, formulate, and solve complex engineering problems by applying principles of engineering, science, and mathematics.
S2: An ability to apply engineering design to produce solutions that meet specified needs with consideration of public health, safety, and welfare, as well as global, cultural, social, environmental, and economic factor.​​
S3: An ability to develop and conduct appropriate experimentation, analyze and interpret data, and use engineering judgment to draw conclusions.
S4: An ability to acquire and apply new knowledge as needed, using appropriate learning strategies.
S5: An ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.
