His Excellency the Dean of the College of Engineering, Dr. Khaled bin Ali Abu Hasel, gave a detailed explanation of his scientific innovation to His Excellency the President of the University. For his part, His Excellency the University President praised the creative cognitive achievement of Dr. Khaled as the first scientific innovation recorded globally for the University of Bisha. His Excellency also noted that this Innovation comes in line with the efforts of Saudi universities to achieve the vision of the Kingdom 2030, and His Excellency the University President urged all faculty members to make more efforts, in order to actively contribute in achieving the Kingdom's vision 2030 and serving the people of this country.

The invention of His Excellency Dr. Khalid is summarized in the invention of an intelligent purification system to purify highly saline water, which cannot be purified with current technologies and used to extract gold and heavy metals instead of fresh water, and this invention would reduce the cost of producing these precious metals as well.
