Dean's Office Manager:

It responsible for the following tasks:

  1. Supervise all administrative work.
  2. Follow-up of all administrative work in the Deanship and inform the Dean about it.
  3. Supervise and follow up on Dean's office work.
  4. Organize, schedule, and follow up Dean's appointments.
  5. Follow up on the implement Dean's instructions and orders.
  6. Organize information, keep files, and ensure their confidentiality to retrieve them easily.

Dean Office Secretary

It is concerned with the following tasks:

1. Receive, transfer, and send the Dean's phone calls.

2. Coordinate with Dean Office Manager about Dean's meetings.

3. Receive personal letters and direct them according to instructions.

4. Supervise the meetings inside the office of the Deanship Council.

5. Carry out the office work alongside the e-communications.
