About the unit .:
The Support and Guidance Unit is concerned with assisting the student, the mentor, and the faculty member in understanding and applying the counseling process properly, clarifying the guidance procedures in understanding everything related to university counseling, educating students about the university system, and directing people with special needs, the outstanding, the talented, the creative and the defaulting to help them and meet their needs.

Unit tasks:
Planning for student academic advising at the university.
Implementation or activation of training programs to develop the capabilities of academic advisors.
Follow up the progress of university counseling, prepare quarterly reports, and submit them to the University Agency for Educational Affairs.
Providing introductory materials related to university counseling and everything related to laws, regulations and forms associated with it
Evaluating the university counseling process in colleges and proposing improvement and development plans and following up on their implementation.
