- Considering the recommendations submitted by the college boards regarding requests for exemption from the executive rules of the study and examination regulations.
- Examining cases of re-registration, exceptional opportunities, requests for postponement, and apology after the end of the statutory period, and taking the necessary recommendations.
- Consider what is referred to the committee by the university president or the committee president.
